Here are our terms and conditions, all the legal stuff and the nuts and bolts of our deal with you. Important to read and please excuse the language – not always the friendliest but hopefully it’s clear and easy enough to read.
Legal
Please read these booking conditions carefully as they are the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you and It’s Your London Limited for all bookings.
These terms and conditions apply equally to all bookings made, regardless of the country of residence of the bookers or the place where the booking is made. Your contract will be governed by English law and any disputes or claim will be dealt with in the courts of England.
You are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions by making a booking with It’s Your London Limited.
It’s Your London Limited reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. No variation to these terms and conditions can be made unless this is done in writing and with the agreement of It’s Your London Limited.
The Service
It’s Your London Limited designs and plans bespoke itineraries for visits to London based on clients’ interests, timescales and requirements. We design these with clients and draw up a detailed itinerary for them and buy any tickets for venues or events they have chosen. We have 3 levels of service depending on clients’ preferences.
Bookings and Payment
The cost of the design and planning of your itinerary depends on the level of service, length of stay, number in your party. It’s Your London Limited offers a bespoke service and will therefore discuss the cost of the service with you as we establish what your trip entails.
Our charges are in British pounds. It’s Your London Limited will send you pricing information before you agree to engage us and before we take any payment but have a look at our What does it cost? page.
It’s Your London Limited designs your itinerary and makes bookings for your itinerary in London but does not make the arrangements to get you to London. You therefore have the flexibility in making your own transport arrangements whether you are making London your only destination or part of a longer trip.
It’s Your London Limited will send you your full and final itinerary and information at least two weeks before your start your itinerary and earlier if all the details are finalised. Draft itineraries will be available as they are developed with the client. Tickets will be delivered to your hotel on your arrival to guard against loss in the post.
We do not usually accept bookings less than 2 weeks before start of itinerary as there is insufficient time to design and plan a bespoke trip.
Payment terms – 50% of the fee is payable when you engage It’s Your London Limited to design an itinerary for you and the balance is payable three weeks before the date of the start of your itinerary. If this balance is not paid, the final itinerary will not be sent and tickets will not be delivered to your hotel.
Tickets purchased ahead of the start of your itinerary will be payable along with the balance three weeks before the start of your itinerary. We reserve the right to bill you earlier than 3 weeks before the start of your itinerary for higher value tickets (£100 and over).
Tickets or any other costs incurred after the balance of the fee is paid, will be payable at the start of your itinerary.
Itinerary design prices do not include any food or drink, tips/gratuities, transport, taxes or accommodation.
We expect to have an itinerary locked down 3 weeks before arrival. If you have any requests to change an itinerary after this or once it has started, It’s Your London Limited will try to help but this is dependent on which service level you have chosen (link) and provides no guarantees that changes can be accommodated especially where this involves purchasing of tickets or entrance passes.
If due to circumstances beyond our control, part of the itinerary cannot be delivered as agreed, It’s Your London Limited will use its best endeavours to find a suitable substitute and will let you know as soon as any problem becomes apparent to discuss these alternative. We cannot be held responsible for any changes due to third parties.
Payment will be by credit card using PayPal (subject to a 3% credit card surcharge) by direct bank transfer or by cheque in GB sterling. Your payments are secure using PayPal. There will be an addition % for paying in currencies which are not GB sterling.
It’s Your London Limited will use its best endeavours to secure all tickets requested by the client but cannot be held responsible if these are not available.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable and sufficient travel insurance for your trip
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and if required a visa to enter the United Kingdom.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel within 3 weeks of the start of your itinerary, 100% of fee is payable.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of the start of your itinerary, 50% of fee is payable.
If you cancel between 6-8 weeks from the start of your itinerary 25% of the fee is payable.
If you cancel more than 8 weeks from the start of your itinerary no element of the fee remains payable, any monies paid will be refunded minus an administration fee to cover the return of monies.
Any tickets purchased on your behalf where you have agreed the purchase will remain payable regardless of the cancellation date.
Privacy Policy
Protecting your privacy is a responsibility we take very seriously. It’s Your London Limited understands and respects the importance of your privacy and visitors to our website can be assured that the protection of privacy is given the highest possible priority. All personal information that we collect is used and held to comply in every way possible with the Data Protection Act 1998. It’s Your London Limited only obtains personal information from you if we ask for it and you provide it to us. Please read on to understand how we use the information you give us before using the It’s Your London Limited web pages. Please note use of the It’s Your London Limited web pages and services is conditional upon you agreeing to be bound by this privacy policy.
By disclosing your personal data to us on our website, phone or in writing, you consent to the storing and processing of your personal data by It’s Your London Limited as set out in this privacy policy. We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date.
It’s Your London Limited does not collect any personally identifiable data from our website without your knowledge. Where personal information is collected (through forms or when sent to us by email), we will only use this information for the purposes described. These purposes are: sending newsletters, emails, booking confirmations, phone calls, and marketing information from It’s Your London Limited only. We will not sell or give personal information about our clients or site visitors to any third party.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control
It’s Your London Limited cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control which includes but is not limited to war, terrorist activity, government restraints, closure of or changes to venues, civil unrest, industrial disputes and weather conditions. These circumstances beyond our control may result in It’s Your London Limited having to change your itinerary or being unable to fulfil it and we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred by you as a result.
Complaints
Any complaints should be made in writing to customerservices@itsyourlondon.co.uk within 4 weeks of the complaint arising.
